She is deeply passionate about supporting children and teens as they navigate the complex challenges of life and growing up. Her practice focuses on providing young people with a grounded, dedicated space to process their experiences and feelings, and build lasting resilience
Her therapeutic approach is trauma informed, evidence based, and rooted in deep empathy. As a child mental health provider, she believes that strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation for meaningful change. By guiding her clients to treat themselves with patience, understanding, and grace, she supports them in unlocking their inherent potential for personal growth and healing.
