Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Therapist to join our growing practice in South Fort Collins. We welcome both fully licensed and pre-licensed clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care and want to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Eligible for or currently holding a clinical mental health license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Schedule requirements:
Minimum of 20 client sessions per week
Must be willing to work at least one weekend day per week
Flexible scheduling with the ability to establish most of your own availability
Availability is coordinated based on office space and practice needs
OCD & ERP Experience
Experience or training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is required.
Candidates who are not currently trained in ERP may be considered if they are willing and motivated to receive ERP training.
A strong interest in working with individuals experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is essential.
Compensation
Pre-Licensed Therapists: Starting at $50 per client session
Fully Licensed Therapists: Starting at $60 per client session
Compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and qualifications.
