Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT)
Animal-Assisted Therapy integrates the calming, grounding presence of a trained therapy animal into the therapeutic process. Animals offer nonjudgmental support, help reduce stress responses, and make it easier to build emotional regulation and connection. Together, we may use interactions with the therapy animal, such as gentle petting, mindful observation, or guided activities, to support healing, increase comfort, and enhance progress toward your therapeutic goals.
Charli the therapy pup is some peoples favorite team member.
