With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a powerful blend of big-picture leadership and hands-on clinical experience. She sets the tone for everything we do—creating a therapy practice rooted in compassion, excellence, and deep respect for the healing process.

She has worked in the mental health field since 2007, providing care across a wide range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, crisis intervention services, and school-based mental health programs. For more than 11 years, she served students in the K–12 school system, supporting children, teens, and families through trauma, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and emotional regulation.

Hali is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD, and Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT). She also works alongside her certified therapy dog, offering a calming and grounding presence for clients who benefit from animal-assisted emotional support.

Her clinical approach integrates trauma-informed care, evidence-based therapy, and relational connection to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal. Under her leadership, the practice is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health therapy for children, teens, adults, and families seeking meaningful, lasting change
